Wrongful advertising "1size fits all"

Before buying the supports I asked if it would fit my foot. Was told I just have to adjust the' Velcro" as one size fits all. There is no adjustable Velcro straps and the elastic is too tight to fit over my foot. It is a tight fit on my wrist. Small print on the packet says to see your doctor if numbness occurs. They refuse to refund.even though the supports haven't been used. It makes sense why another user complained about the supports pulling apart they are just too tight. How can a company get away with this wrongful advertising?
