EDGARS V&A - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Visited Edgars V&A on Monday around 10:00, selected a shirt from Tom tailor section - hugh sign indicatin 30% discount. went to shoe section and waited almost 20 minutes for an sales assistant to return with the required size from stockroom. Why keep all stock in stockroom and not on shelving underneath display as before. Second time experienced similar occurence - extremely annoying. Arrived at POS - long que and only 1 assistand, complained, but he was not realy fased - very ignorant. Got at POS eventually and Tom tailor shirt scanned, but no discount. Called supervisor who indicated that discount only applicable to specific items... is up with that if sign does not indicate that. Also said very un-apologetically that the person responsibly ony starts work @ 12:00 and she would have explained this - have you ever. Needless to say i left very annoyes and will most definately NEVER return to this store is all my experiences ended up BAD. Maybe get your customer service to match the brands and revamp!!! Another thing is the point of sale NOT displaying details of purchase - same at CNA and the entire Edcon group = always ends up to be a surprise when time comes to pay - Shape up
