This incident happened in August. The bag had been out of stock and I continued monitoring if it would again be available. One did become available. I ordered it. I was not told that it had been used and returned. The zip was damaged and the packaging was just one of the worst I've seen for a bag. It was folded, put into a SMALL white drawstring bag, with no wadded paper inside to keep its shape. Women spend a lot of money on handbags and one expects that the bag will come with packaging that will help the bag maintain its structure.

I wanted to return the bag but my sister loved it so much and asked me to give it to her. She has somehow found a way to make the zip work. But I really am not impressed and have been reluctant since to order handbags from Zando.

I continue to buy from Zando because it's convenient buying online. But I am used to certain standards. Zando needs to remember that they compete with the likes of [URL Removed] and the Debenhams of this world. Even though it's expensive to import items, one gets their money's worth.

Also, they ask you for reviews on items ordered and then they edit them or not post them at all. What's the point of asking?
