Non of them cares

Almost 2 months without a cellphone and the mistake I have done is insured with Edgars. 15 trips to their stores so many calls even Thu I did complain to head office and the store manager they still ignore and telling. Me silly excuses. Inspit of my claim is approved for so long they asking me to pay more than 1500 Rand beside my execs which is 300 Rand so that they can give a phone cost more than my claim otherwise I must wait for their mercy. I end up buying my own phone b'coz I don't believe they will give me phone any time soon
