To Whom it May concern
I must say that i have never been inconvenienced like i was over the weekend, My Sister bough jeans for me in Limpopo only to find out when i got there it was the wrong size and i then went to Jet stores in Tzaneen Mall and was not aware that she bought 2 jeans cash and other 2 on account and the Manager at the store told me that the couldn't exchange the ones bought on cash and not account it was the exact same jeans and same price didn't even make means to confirm with the person that purchased if they authorise for them to exchange for me, they were just happy to turn away a customer all the way from Jo'burg in Limpopo without helping me..have never encountered such experience in Jo'burg people here bend over backwards for a customer.
