Very poor service

My mom and I needed help in the ladies department, only the security guard was available. We then asked for the manager. He eventually came assist, I immediately advised him that the poor service was unimpressive, apart from the cashiers there is no one on the floor to assist. he had a very bad attitude and when I thanked him for his helped he didn't respond and just ignored me. Clearly assisting customers is a hassle for this manager!
