PnP's lack of accountability

A Woodmead PNP pharmacist misinterpreted a doctor's script resulting in overdose. I had a drowsy spell at work and had to be booked off work for 6 days by the DR as a result.

My query was escalated to Susan Jarvis who agreed that the service I received was not up to par but refused to take accountability of what happened blaming the individual pharm.

She also didn't fulfil her promise of reimbursing the medication.

I don't think it's fair that PnP is laughing all the way to the bank while I'm burdened with the responsibility of chasing the pharmacist as if we met in the dark alleys.

I feel the need to be compensated without being sent from pillar to post and warn other consumers of PnP's lack of accountability in this type of life threatening actions eminating from their pharmacy.
