Prices advertised on shelf not the same at till

I tried to purchase a product value R 99.95 with advertised 25 percent discount. this should have been R 25.00 and not the 15 rand shown. How many people are CROOKED this way without knowing. I pointed this out and after the staff trying to change the price 25 minutes later I walked out the store with no purchases. All the while the manager sat 5 meters away not trying to assist. I told her she should go and correct the shelves and she replied they would get to it when her staff was finished what they were doing. I took it upon myself to stand at the so called special shelves and tell the people entering the store that the pricing shown was not what they would be charged. Only then did the manager leave her chair and told her staff to remove the products from the shelf. She said that she was phoning Head office to correct the pricing. In any other reasonable shop the manager would have apologized, taken the R 75.00 and supplied the customer the goods. I was a regular customer at this store but no more. I feel cheated and badly treated by the manager. The other staff in the store tried to assist but to no avail.
