Absolutely no service whatsoeve

I have over paid my account by R600.00 via internet banking. Went to campus square explained to the manager that I have over paid my account and now my account is in credit and I would like a refund. The manager advised he does not know how to do a refund so he called the call centre who advised that he should call 011 495 6000- 498 9294-4989250 and 498 9691 to my surprise no one answers the phone. The manager says this is the first time this has happened and he cannot assist me really. I need my money can someone please address this ASAP as no one can assist me. This is rather pathetic service. First time someone over pays their account and no one can assist.
