Would you shop here?

I wish to advise the management of Game Boulders that I have been coming to this store since it opened. More than 20 years I believe. This store has got progressively worse over the years and I would never shop here as there are always issues with finding staff to help (overstaffed believe it or not) or card swipe problems.
My Husband bought me a HP office desk jet 4500 g510G printer as a gift.(he purchased it in advance for an occasion in August)
The machine was sent away for repair by their so called service provider of HP Ensure IT services with a report of what was wrong
It came back not fixed I had to endure 3 hours of waiting in store while staff (not management tried to help ascertain whether i was talking nonsense (as I insisted before I leave the store it must be tested on a windows 8 computer. Yes you guessed right it does not work.! i asked for a refund at least six times and for management no one obliged! Only when I called your head office and spoke to Christelle did anything start to happen. I was then asked to spend more time waiting which I could not do as I had attend a webinar. David called to arrange my credit and said he would have it dropped at my house at 7.Not done
