I purchased a pair of athletic shoes at Mr Price Gateway in Durban.
I never got round to wearing them until I went to Sandton City.
I found they were incredibly uncomfortable when I started walking around in them.
I immediately went to Mr Price Sport in Sandton City and asked for the manager.
I did not have the invoice, or for that matter the box, but thought I'd chance it anyway.
I asked for the manager and explained the situation.
Without hesitation she said I could swop out the shoes.
That is really stunning customer support.
Kudos to Mr Price and their Manager.
