Rude security and trolly guy

I'm so disappointed went to game today to buy my husbands gift a gazebo we bought it plus some other stuff with it. We paid so far so good we went past security and to the lift because we had the kids and the baby with so their was no way that we could carry it. The trolly guy that work for game had such a bad attitude with said that the trolly could not leave the premises was I angry went back to the shop and ask for a maneger as I walk to the customer service he shouted at me so disgusting and rude the supposed maneger came did not even apoligise nor did she story to to anything she just say he can't leave the premises with the trolly ok so we Waite for him to come back because he went with another customer as he enter the shop he ignored us and just walk past us I was so upset my husband took the gazebo and I took the bags plus the baby and was I angry I was.i was going to take all the stuff back just to spite them but my husband said we must leave were we just spend almost R1200 please I'm very disappointed in game I don't think I will step foot in their again I'm very sorry
