RUSSELL HOBBS BLENDER BROKEN FROM BADE SERVICING

I bought a Russell Hobbs blender from GAME a few months ago that was sold to me without a part which caused the bottom of the blender to fall off including all its contents.

I took it back to Game to get the missing part to be included so that it would work. It was then lost and given back to me a month later with the motor making a funny sound and smelling bad, only to burn out and not work at all.

I am not sure who to be disappointed with- Russell Hobbs or Game for selling me a bad blender and fixing it to make it worse.

R600 is a lot of money and I am now unsure as to who to speak to and what to do about it- I would like a new fully functioning blender!
