Rotten Attitude in the branch

I went shopping on Saturday the 14th December and wanted to get myself a handbag. As I was standing in the que I notice a customer moving from one of the tills. I come closer and the lady just gives me a blank look. I then enquire if I may make a payment, the lady just looks at me and waves a paper to the next teller. I ask, should I pay next door? She repeats the gesture. I then ask her to please speak to me, she then says ' you can see that I am pointing at the next till. I then ask if waving a paper is supposed to communicate to me, then she says ' what is you problem you can see what I am saying don't irritate me please, coming here with your stress' then she turns away and looks to the back of the counter. Then the lady standing next to her asks what the issue is. I explain to her that I expect to be spoken to as a customer not have a paper waved at me. She then excuses the lady's behaviour by stating that she was trying to tell you to pay next door, but anyway I apologise on her behalf. I ask the security for the name of the manager of the store then she refuses to give me the name. I am astounded by the service I got with Edcon's values it is just utterly disappointing.
