Don't communicate with customers

Firstly on saturday 08/06/2013 my wife and i went to buy a econo heat wall mounted heater and they advertised it at 349.00 each when we got to the till it scanned@ R399.00. we then had to wait for a manager to void the transaction. all done on my way out i said to my wife i wanted to buy us some coldrinks and went back inside. got three half litres and went to the cigarette counter to pay. no one was there and there were three other people in front of me, just standing waiting. i went to the info desk to speak to the manager who was just sitting doing nothing, he ask another lady to assist me and she ask another lady were the teller was. nothing happened. all the staff just looked at me as though i was mad. Reginald the other manager saw i was upset and said he would help, by that time i was fuming and said this is bad service and walked out. on my way out i said that i would report the matter to hello peter, where the bald head fat manager, said FOR WHAT. thanks
