Terrible after sale service

I purchased a grafton everest lounge suite in august 2013 and almost immediately had problems with the quality of the furniture. I have gone to the branch numerous times and have gone as far as getting the manager involved with no success or any feedback. I have even spent the day at home as i was told the inspectors are coming, a month later they have still not been here. I am a cash customer and feel the service is absolutely pathetic!
