False accusations

On 24 december me and my cousins went to shop for toys at the shop. Once done with the shopping me and another cousin left the ship whilst the others waited to pay for the goods. At the door the store manager asked to check my bag and even though puzzled I obliged. We returned to the shop and noticed that other customers were not being checked we asked her why this was so and she said it's the stores policy. My other cousins payed fir the goods and at the exit their bags were also searched by the store manager. Once we left the store manager went to assist at the pay points. This surprised us and we went back into d shop and asked why she wasnmt searching bags anymore. She went and came back with 2 security guys and told them that one of iur cousins had something, she was alerted by another customer and she had seen the uncident herself. Commossion broke out and this unfolded infrint of other customers. We demanded proof that indeed had occurred and there was none produced by her. She offered a cheecky apology and dat was it. We request that u look into this matter as we were deeply humiliated by this incident.
