Perfect 10
Shocking service and hygiene for a franchise!

I went to Perfect 10 in Sanridge to do my nails. One and half hours later, I left the store with lumpy nails! In my time there I was not offered even a sip of water and was harrassed by flies. The store does not use an aircon leaving the place stuffy. The staff are not in any branded clothing save for one therapist who had an apron - the rest looked like they were picked up from the street. When I was taking into a treatment room to wash my hands, the room was filthy! A dirty towel was hanging clients to dry their hands with... shouldn't hygiene be a priority? The front of the store is a mess and does not give you the feeling of being in an environment thats cared for.
I urge management of Perfect 10 to visit this branch unannounced and confirm if they are happy with the way the brand is being advertised.
