I am very disgusted in the service of Homechoice. I have placed my order on the 27th of December and have changed the personal details several times before that. Because the people working with changing the details confirmed (after 8 attempts of changing our contact numbers and address) that everything was changed to our liking, it still wasn't. The result of people not knowing how to do their jobs is that Homechoice tried to deliver the package to me on the 18th of January but could not get a hold of me. This is not my fault since I work from home and have changed the details 8 times!!! Calling the call center and speaking to both managers and agents the only response I am getting is to wait out an 2nd attempt on delivery. I speak to managers who assure me feedback later, but just doesn't phone back. I feel that Homechoice can put in a little more effort into getting the package to me since the fault with them. I am more than happy to go pick up the package from the JHB depo myself but not even that would be allowed. So I am asking you since its 2 weeks after the 1st attempt when will the 2nd be made?! This kind of service is pathetic and totally unacceptable to me.
