Manager unprofessional and conceited

I had my hair cut into layers and the young girl styled it into "flicks". I did not realise just how crooked and messed up my hair was cut R380.00 later, Upon washing it 2 days later, I noticed just HOW crooked it was and returned to Style Studio. The young girl who cut my hair said, "Im so Sorry"
She called her manager, Rehana. She started by saying she can give me the wash, cut and blow that I paid for, in the same breath she said I can have the crooked bits cut correctly right away but she does not have the time to wash and blow. I said it was fine, I can come for the wash and blow dry on another day. This is when she became totally unreasonable saying NO, I can only get a 20% discount on my next cut... Next cut definetly NOT I said. She said if she finishes my hair I will most certainly return, Such a fine cheek!!! I was stunned at this woman thinking of giving me a full treatment and then insisting that I cannot have the full treatment NOW or LATER. Does she really believe that she is dealing with. To add insult she said, heres my card and 2x sample sachets of 10ml FAST hair product. Really Rehana, I should have trained you on how to deal with clients..FAST...
