I placed a few online orders via Zando, only to be informed each time up to 50% of the goods ordered were not in stock - but only AFTER I PAID. I contacted Zando and was informed the available quantities displayed per their "online" ordering system were in fact not updated as and when an order are placed. This result in various orders being placed against the same item. I find this totally unacceptable as this information is only shared once orders have been paid in full. The option towards a coupon or refund is then offered to the Purchaser. I opted for a refund and was informed the money will be in my bank account within 24 till 48 hours. It has been three full days later and the monies are still not reflecting..
How can Zando display goods being available that are not? How can they accept money towards goods that are not available? How can it take longer than three days to refund? How is it possible that they are aware of this problem but they keep on trading? Why don't the post a related warning on their website? Shameful to say the least.
