On Sunday 22 December I was shopping with my daughter and handicaped brother. My brother went missing and eventually I asked for assistance from Nomboniso who was working at the Customer Care desk. She was friendly and understanding. Nomboniso and 2 security guys (didnt get their names) immediatly started assisting. My brother eventually came back and Nomboniso was kind enough to fetch me from the Baby Room to let me know that he (my brother) was back.
