Robertson Branch: Poor Customer Service

I must agree with "ttweedie" on his/her complaint of 29 Nov. I live in Robertson and it's become habit that when I'm in a rush, I NEVER pop into Clicks. 99% of the time, there's a delay.

"Ttweedie" is spot re. the medication counters. Yes, staff seem to be on a "slow go". Standing in the queue and listening to the pharmacist and another customer talking about their holiday plans & babies & who died & who came to visit... I know it's a small town and everyone knows everyone, but it's unacceptable practice when there's a queue. Recently, I was waiting for ages in this queue, having to listen to a pharmacist talking on the phone. This phonecall was definitely NOT work related.

Delays also happen at the tills. I recently stood in that LONG queue. There were 3 till attendants. All 3 were assisting 1 customer with returning a product. The rest of us had to wait...

A while back I asked for a manager. One of the staff apparently went to call him. I was left standing around for ages. Eventually made my own way to the back, where I found him. He assisted me, but made me feel that I was really an inconvenience.

Management is the problem there. (Ps. Vuyo is sorely missed!!)
