SVA Security at the doo

As I came in the store I had a plastic bag that needed to be sealed I went to the SVA SECURITY to seal it, he look at me on the other side and says come here I stretch my had he now the plastic it's in front of him, instead of sealing in he looks at me & say come here and stretch this plastic then I told him that it's your job to do this and he responded by saying it's not his job, I took my parcel and as we went out with my friend we issued the invoice of what we've bought, he request the plastic that he didn't want to seal, I gave it to him he search the plastic and instead of handing it back to my hand in a good way he just give to me looking on the other side not on my hand drops the parcel I tell him chief you dropped my parcel he ignores me the decide to pick it up, I the ask for his name he says it not important, the same guy was not wearing a name tag or any SVA card and standing at the door of a retail business, I hope sva do train their staff and Game they should not allow securities at the door without their Identification card or tag.
