Horrific service from Home Choice

Hi There

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Home Choice and guarantee you that after the last purchase I will no longer purchase anything as well as encourage others same.

Cyril, Jamie, Janine, Isham, Shane, Thnadi and all the other staff members that forgot that it's through our purchases that they actually have jobs.

After spending a fortune trying to find out where my parcel is that was dispatched a while ago, today i still have nothing, and not even 1 staff member that bothered to honour their committment to call me back.

Everytime you call the call centre you must attemp at least 3 times as the calls are dropped. The staff and leaders are rude and refuse to give you the managers details nevermind even go the extra mile.

Not 1 person could help me track the parcel or even make an attempt. I even offerred to contact warehouse myself.

Frustrated, dissapointed and totally inconvenienced.
