I went to this branch yesterday and was assisted by a rude lady. I was patient enoUgh with her till she provoked me to a point where i COULDN'T TOLERATE HER. FIRSTLY WHEN i GOT THERE i EXPLAINED THE NATURE OF MY REQUEST SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT SHE DOESN'T LIKE DEALING WITH ob'S I ASKED FOR CLARITY SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT I MUST GO TO MAPONYA COZ THAT'S WHERE MY ACCOUNT IS HELD. SHE THEN SAID I BOUGHT FROM MAPONYA WHY AM I NOT MAKING A PAYMENT AT THAT BRANCH GAVE HER A REASON THAT THEY USUALY CLOSED BY THE TIME I GET THERE. SHE CARRIED ON TELLING ME THAT WE DON'T BUY FROM THEM THE NEXT THING WE GO TO THEM FOR OB'S I ONLY WENT THERE FOR A PAYMENT OF ARREARS ON MY ACCOUNT. SHE THEN ASKED FOR AN ID NUMBER 3 TIMES I THEN ASKED HER WHY SHE DIDN'T WRITE IT DOWN AS SHE KNOWS THE NUMBER OF TIMES SHE'S GONNA NEED IT. SHE WAS SCREEMING AT ME I THEN ASKED HER WHY SHE DID THAT N TOLD HER ABOUT THE WAY SHE TREATED AND ON EVERY QUESTION SHE WOULDN'T LET ME FINISH WHAT I WAS SAYING, I TOLD HER THAT M NOT ARGUING WITH HER BUT I WILL NOT TOLERATE THAT LEVEL OF DISRESPECT. SHE WENT ON AND ON AND SCREEMED AT ME EVEN AS I WALKED AWAY. I WAS TOO UPSET TO ASK 4THE MANAGER SO I LEFT. M VERY ANNOYED!
