We purchased some goods from homechoice. On delivery included in the box were a statement which showed the total amount we must pay over 6 moths including finance charges and delivery.
I have been paying the amount shown each month with a stop order.
Each month we have a consultant from homechoice phone that has no customer skills. They are rude, make you feel like your a criminal that they have to phone after for their money and the amount just keep on increasing.
The consultant gets real nasty and this is about the 3rd time now.
I'm a very unhappy customer and will not purchase goods from them again and I certainly wont refer family and friends to them.
