I went to the Greenstone Store to apply for a credit increase (First time in about 3 Years) on Tuesday @14:20. I phoned the customer service the next day only to find out that there is NO record of my application. I went back to the store again they assured me that the form was faxed and even spoken to Customer service to confirm the receipt. Today I phoned customer service again and guess what? NO FORM or ANY RECORD of my application. This is the worst service ever (Incompetence comes to mind). I am going back to the store for the 3rd Time today
