Im so annoyed with the service Im receiving from the Woolwoths financial services department. Still no response to my query regarding my account regardless of the fact that I marked it as urgent, NO EXPLANATION TO DATE! Never mind the fact that I e-mailed them and requested that they amend my details and send my account to my personal e-mail address they are still continuing to send it to my work e-mail address and then they still have the audacity to hand my account over and harass me for payment but guess what?? I wont pay them until every issue I queried is resolved! I have always been so happy with their service but Im shocked to say the least at the service Im receiving! I think is high time I close my account with them although that was the last thing I wanted to do all I wanted was answers but Im getting none instead Im being sent from pillar to post and every has a different answer it seems no-one knows whats going on!
