Bottom Range Office software sold @ Premium price!

My fiance and I went to Dion Wired Store to look for a Laptop. Zain, was our Sales Consultant. He was professional, friendly & well informed. After settling on a Lenovo G500 Model which costs R6000, i asked for Office sotfware as the laptop only had windows 8 loaded. I specifically asked for Outlook and Skype functionality.
Zane and his colleague (I did not get his name); mentioned that OFFICE - Home & Student 2013; was perfect, WELL PRICED & came with a wireless mouse valued @ R100. Total price was R1300. Zane advised that it was a good deal and they would price match if i found it cheaper. This was good enough reason and i paid a total of R7300 by credit card.
Now, when i started to unpack my purchases, I notice that the OFFICE - Home & Student, is the bottom of the range and excludes outlook, emails and Skype!

To add to this insult of being ripped off; Makro and Game have advertised the Office 365 - Home Supreme for R695 on its own (half the price of the bottom of the range); or R299 to load it instore. I have kept the brochures as proof.
My expectation is simple and non negotiable! I want a full refund for OFFICE Home - R1300 & an apology.
