Delivered to Wrong Person

Order number 1001087170 refers. I bought this and addressed it to Jennifer Leuf. The POD says it was delivered to a Rayo on the 10th December - problem... Jennifer has no idea who Rayo is and now the parcel is lost. Why did RTT deliver it to the incorrect person? I need a refund or a replacement sent as a matter of urgency please as this is ridiculous. You cannot deliver to a random person within an organisation especially one as large as the standard bank building in Simmonds street. I have made contact with Kalahari about this on two occasions now and they are unable to assist. Its simple, you botched up now send a replacement.
