Wrong payment date

I have an acc at woolies.i get paid on the 15th of the month but woolworths expect me to pay my acc on or before the 9th of the month.i really have a problem because I only get paid once a month and now I have to double the instalment.i tried to explain to the consultant who phoned me but she said there is nothing they can do I just have to pay before the 15. I pay my acc every month but it is in arrears becoz I can only pay after the 15th.i believe woolwoths is suppose to give me a date after my pay date not before my pay date.they are now saying my account will be handed over to lawyers, this is sooo unfai
