I've never had a problem with the service from Makro Silver Lakes in the past. I went to Makro Liquor Store on the 8th December 2013 to buy a few items. Once i got to the tellers i waited to be served. There was a teller available, but she decided to just let me stand in the que (I wouldn't go to her unless she called in case she was 'busy'). When i asked if she was open while i was standing there she replied, "yes". I asked her why did she just see me standing there and do nothing? Funny how no response was given to that one other than a rotten attitude. I also needed six bags of ice. She asked the 'managers' to get six bags, but they just ignored her. I got the bags myself and only once he saw me struggling did he want to help. I told him to just leave it as their service is pathetic. He said nothing and just carried on leaning on the freezer. On my way out i heard a remark from the security checking my purchase. Is this the way you portray service and management abilities??? If staff have no customer relations then they shouldn't be in a certain position!!!
