PS 4 - STILL NOT RECEIVED!

We pre-ordered the PlayStation 4 online via the CNA website, and were assured of delivery by the release date of 13 December. When nothing was received, and attempts to track the parcel online were unsuccessful I contacted the Call Centre - still no sign of our parcel on system, but promises to escalate the matter after the long weekend. Having heard nothing by this afternoon I called again - eventually got through after being cut off twice - to be told that the parcel should be despatched today (Tuesday 17th) and that we should receive it this week... have just checked and still no sign of the order on the courier tracking system!
This item has been long promised to my son, and was meant to be a treat. He had waited in eager anticipation for its arrival on Friday 13th - all of his friends had purchased theirs from other suppliers and received theirs on that day. The eager anticipation has turned to bitter disappointment, and no sign of resolution in sight!
The constant follow up, difficulty in reaching the call centre, and lack of clarity about the status of delivery have been frustrating and disappointing, and shows really poor customer service ethic!
