I called the call centre & enquired about my edgars classic member which signed up 4 instore in Jan 13. The charge is added 2 my account every month with no fail. I was surprised when I spoke 2 Mapule on the phone who after I asked 4 my club no so that I can use with ster kinekor she referred me to the store 2 get that cause the membership is not active. I was very surprised and irritated because she did not seem 2 want 2 help but rather pass the buck. My reason 4 saying this is becos she never requested 4 my acccount no or ID 2 atleast pull up my cst profile and check in order 2 respond 2 my specific enquiry and not a generic answer, after I queried her level of service she then asked 4 my ID she still referred me 2 the store 2 activate membership. I then asked if this means I have been paying every month 4 service that is not active. She referred me 2 the store 2 activate, which doesn't answer my question, she wasn't listening 2 my question but being defensive then rudely & proudly said I will transfer u 2 sum1 who will listen 2 u. Can Edcon advise on the level of service, pls listen to the call and advise how this matter will be handled. Am I not allowed to call cst care 4 query
