What is going on over there?

It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order with Kalahari. Nobody can help me tracing the parcel... no one knows what is going on. I leave messages to phone me back, everytime with a promise of getting back to me the same day.

Everyone on holiday already, offices closed.

I can't work like this. Will never use Kalahari again, this is absolutely ridiculous!!
Can't somebody just take control? Worst client service I have ever received.?
