Breach of contract?

Edgars have increased my credit limit twice now already and bth times without my concent. I signed a contract stating I do not want increases even if I qualify. I am struggling to get hold of them and when I do my aitime runs out waiting on the line for something they did wrong. Now I am paying interest on funds I NEVER approved. Is this even legal. I am investigating my legal options. This seems like the only way.
