Insufficient Cashiers working at the tills

We went to the Parkview Checkers on Tuesday, but there were only 2 express tills and 1 normal till that were staffed, so people were queueing all the way down the aisles.

My wife went to complain to the manager and all he had to say is that there are only 2 shifts.

Well my friend, you should be fired. It doesn't matter how many shifts there are, it is the job of the manager to ensure that there are sufficient people staffing the tills during each shift.

I have been to other Checkers stores all over the country and never had this problem at any of them except for the one in Parkview.

I demand that the manager be fired and replaced with someone who actually has a clue on how to run a store.
