Its been almost a month that Ive been harassed by the collection staff of Markham, even though my account is up to date. They are quick to call to remind me that my account is apparently in arrears, but getting them to fix an obvious admin problem from their side is so much harder to do. I have send numerous e-mails to different departments without any of them ever getting back to me. Samantha on telephone nr 0219387571 have promised me on more than one occasion that she will get someone to sort it out, but without any success. I'm really fed up and will not stop at anything to let the world know of the ill treatment that I received from Markham and their staff.
