BROKEN SHOES

Hi there

I have been very disappointed with the quality around a brand of shoe that I thought was superior to other shoes. The strap of the slop has broken after not much use and it broke in a place that should NEVER happen with a well built slop. I paid a fair amount of money for the slops believing them to be reliable quality and that they would last for a long time but alas that has not seemed to be the case.

Over and above this I take the shoes back to the very store that I purchased them from and I received terrible customer service. They said it is your policy not to even think about changing unless you have a till slip - now really who keeps a till slip for this and you expect them to last so why would you need a till slip.

Anyway I am very disappointed and after thinking long and hard about deciding to buy your shoes this has left a very bad taste in the mouth. All I wanted was a reliable slop that would last a long time - please can I get a response on this as soon as possible.
