Oth sides of face burnt from wax

I had a full fax wax done by Cheryldene at the Perfect 10 Clearwater mall.
When I got home both sides of my face were burning terribly, I had to cool them down with ice.
When I awoke this morning I have terrible burn marks on both sides of my face.

I work in customer service and I will be leaving for Maurituis in 2 days.
Now I have scars on my face.

I paid alot of money to be disfigured, .
I am extremely unhappy and wil not be using this branch again!
