Vacuum under guarantee repai

Bought a karcher vacuum and it stopped working after 7 months still under guarantee took it back they sent it to supplier in pe. Nobody kept in contact with me. On the contract I signed it says give them 21 days, otherwise you get money back. Today is 21 days and if I didn't phone no one bothers to follow up and let me know. Vacuum is still in pe and waiting for agent to deliver back to east London. I would like a refund! Service is disgusting and people sound half asleep on the phones
