Bad service and no stock!

The cresta branch had no stock i was looking for, all new releases in bluray, and then when i settled for a second best, i stood in the queue and then the gift card for christmas was apparently old and then i couldn't buy anything even though they can see the balance... What the h3ll... And now i have to go back tomorrow to get it fixed because no one in the call centre works past 1 on saturdays... I hate musica... Look an listen is the best... I hate musica, do not shop there unless some buys you a voucher...
