Fridges broken for over 1 month

Spar Jukskeipark is our closest convenience store, however in the last month we have not bought anything there and will rather drive further to get quality milk.
Last week we noticed that they serviced the freezers, however the dairy fridges with all yoghurt, butter and milk have been at room temperature for months.
I have had numerous sachets and bottles of milk go off the following day because they're not being kept at correct temperatures.

I complained more than a week ago to the manger lady who agreed that she has had to replace tons of milk bottles due to the same complaint. However the problem is still not resolved, and the managing staff sounded totally surprised when I walked out appalled with the situation yet another week running.

Sorry Jukskeipark Spar - but you've definitely lost me as a client. Your shop needs a serious upgrade on all levels.
