Still passing the buck

From the last comlaint no one contacted me. i send them the proof of all the amounts i ppid first tru credit works and then tru ARA. truworths is not interested in helping me i am really disgusted in the answer . they gave me, is it my fault they change collectors and dont have the proof on the books?
