Ill mannered staff

Wednesday 4th December shopping at Makro Woodmead found the staff to be unbelievably ill mannered. Knocking into and bumping the shoppers with no word of apology or "excuse me" - also being rude and discourteous to their customers in addition to the severe "physical contact". Reported this on their site on Friday 6th December and received auto response that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It is now 8 days after the report with no response from them. Very unlikely that I will enter their premises again with this rather strange attitude generally to their customers.
