On Saturday, 30 November I went to Makro Woodmead to pay my account. I have not received my statement for the last two months and my balances stays the same every month. So when I asked the VERY UNFRIENDLY cashier for a statement she referred me to reception. At the reception desk the guy thought it was very funny that I am upset about not getting my statement. So what do Makro employees do when they have an unhappy client? They laugh, gossip about you in their African language and then they put you on the phone with another incompetent person. The lady said it is going to take up to 48 hours to e-mail me my statement, today 120 hours later I have not received my statement. I e-mailed Makro and got a response saying somebody will contact me.
