I dropped of my Samsung S4 mini on 11 November 2013. This was the third time it went in for repair. The unit is 4 months old. They keep promising to let me know what is happening, but I keep getting the run around. Latest is that I collected the unit, still with a cracked screen - don't know where this came from, because it certainly was not cracked before
