I have been looking for leggings for my daughter who is flying to Kenya on Holliday. I went to Pick 'n Pay clothing in Cresta, Clearwater, Killarney mall. I called campus square at 14H20 the afternoon to check if they had stock. I was told not at all. Just after 6pm 13/12 we were at Campus square as the doord were closing for the store and the last customer coming out. I saw the leggings fully in stock right in front of the cashiers desk. As the cashier cashed up and took their till tray out I asked to be helped and was refused. I asked for the manager and was told I could call him. I called the store for the same lady in front of me to pick up and tell nme she would tell him he had a phone call. I explained that I had called earlier and that the situation was that my daughter was flying 5am the next morning and could he help me. I was flatly refused and he was not willing to accomodate me at all. All his staff were too interested in packing up to leave. He himself came forward and left without even trying to help me. If he had given me the information wheen I called I would have been at the store much earlier as I did not have another day to look!
