GIFT VOUCHER

I sent a voucher from Cape Town, faxed it, to Queenstown. Now when my mom goes to Edgars (Queenstown) to get/receive the voucher they claim that they cannot find the fax, I faxed it for the second time while they were looking for it, still they took an hour saying that they are looking for it. The person who was helping stopped helping claiming she is taking lunch, the manager is busy with the phone. At the end of the day they come back claiming that they cannot find it, but their fax machine is working fine. Now am starting to get worried if they did not find the voucher and use it themselves. COz all of them run away to the office, pretend as if they are busy!!!
